二、Main performance characteristics:
Advanced optical path design: JB2010-H uses convergent Fourier transform testing technology to ensure maximum range in the shortest focal length, effectively improve the resolution of the instrument; unique arrangement of small probes, so that 2010 has a super small particle testing capability. The superior automatic alignment system and computer operating system show the humanized design of JB2010-H.
Highly stable optical path optimization: Unique design gives JB2010-H the most advanced and highly stable optical path. It uses high stability and high power fiber output lasers. Excellent configuration makes JB2010-H have super stability. The main optical path adopts fully closed design, which ensures the instrument to be tested in complex environment for a long time.
96-way simultaneous acquisition motherboard: JB2010-H takes the lead in using 96-way simultaneous acquisition motherboard. All channels collect signals at the same time. The data is more real and reliable. Other manufacturers claim that how many times per second acquisition is a single acquisition of all channels and each channel, and the data is not true.
Special Feeding System for Pharmaceutical Industry: JB2010-H specially developed a special feeding system for pharmaceutical factories. Many traditional vibration feeding materials with low density and light weight are difficult to uniformly feed. The newly developed feeding system is changed from passive feeding to instrument active feeding. The uniform feeding can also ensure the normal testing of very light samples.

Detector: JB2010-H detector adopts a new design which combines the main detector with the sub-detector, which ensures the seamless detection in the whole range of the instrument and makes the test more accurate. The main detector has designed an automatic alignment system, which can realize the automatic alignment of one key of the instrument and highlight the humanized design. Meanwhile, the damage of manual alignment to the detector is effectively avoided, and the service life of the instrument is effectively prolonged.
Dust-proof and shock-proof design: The instrument has been designed as a whole, which greatly improves the service life of internal components. The unique suspension structure can effectively avoid the interference of external vibration to the instrument and make the result test more stable and reliable.
Optical path auto-calibration: Exclusive use of mechanical center and optical center technology, optical path auto-alignment positioning is more accurate, reaching micron level; at the same time, optical path adjustment speed is faster and fastest 15 seconds can complete the adjustment. The self-developed automatic alignment system consists of stepper motor, precise guide rail, precise controller and software system.
